What you’ll do
Your responsibilities would be:
Identify and prospect potential business partners, while forging valuable relationships that drive success.
Design and execute lead generation campaigns with vendors, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure lucrative cooperation contracts.
Actively advocate for market needs to overcome barriers to entry and drive growth.
Collaborate closely with the team, vendors, and prospective partners to continuously optimize market entry strategy to accelerate growth
Build and grow local market support team as necessary to meet the market needs
Assist in adapting marketing materials and product value proposition for the Finnish market.
Onboard and train new partners/sales force [only in the beginning].
Manage accounts [only in the beginning].
Workload: 80% focused on Finland market development and 20% on Estonia.
Skills & Qualities we appreciate
Experience in Insurance and/or Consumer Electronics distribution, e-commerce, B2B, wholesaling, and banking/finance fields.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong initiative and follow-through, demonstrated self-drive.
Effective management and leadership abilities.
Results-oriented and “can do” mindset.
Able and willing to travel to partner locations (20-50% travel time).
Fluent in Finnish and English languages, Estonian and other Nordic languages a strong plus
Proven track record in Business Development and B2B Sales, international/multi-state experience a strong plus.
