What you’ll do

  

  • Registering, categorizing, escalating, and tracking user IT requests related to our internal systems. 
  • Independently resolving user issues and requests, which may include configuration adjustments, data exports, and data corrections. 
  • Administering access rights for both external and internal users to our information systems. 
  • Collaborating on system configuration and development during the onboarding of new markets or partners. 
  • Prioritizing IT incidents and requests based on their impact, and selecting the most effective workflow for resolution. 
  • Driving process improvements by implementing customer-centric solutions. 
  • Maintaining and creating internal documentation and instructional materials. 

 

 

Skills & Qualities we appreciate

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian. 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications like Teams, Excel, etc. 
  • A positive and composed demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. 
  • Previous experience in user support is a definite advantage. 
  • Familiarity with Jira is also considered an advantage.
