Driven by our commitment to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and partners, we’re always innovating our service model and expanding our product offerings. We’re now looking for an IT Manager who can help us take our IT department to the new heights.
What you’ll do
- Organize and continuously improve department activities.
- Manage and develop the IT department team, including task planning and workload distribution.
- Plan and manage the department budget.
- Participate in various project activities.
- Represent the department in meetings with suppliers, partners, and IT vendors.
- Analyse IT needs and implement system and infrastructure solutions across the company group.
- Plan, manage and enhance IT infrastructure, including vendor selection and management.
- Oversee the development, purchase, and rental of IT systems and software.
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data within the company, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Prepare and present department activity reports to management.
- Ensure the company’s data analytics function is effective.
Skills & Qualities we appreciate
- A proven track record in delivering IT projects or holding senior roles in IT-related fields is essential. Experience in software development or IT product management is highly valued.
- Prior experience in managing teams or departments will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with high autonomy and empowerment.
- Proven experience in strategic decision-making at a senior level.
- Hands-on mindset, ready not only to lead but also to achieve results alongside the team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of standard software engineering best practices and methodologies.
- A can-do attitude with a keen attention to detail.
- A readiness to learn and a strong eagerness to embrace new challenges.
- Data analytics skills and a willingness to engage in data-driven tasks (considered an advantage).

- Salary for the role ranges from 4500 to 5000 EUR gross per month (dependent on experience and knowledge)
