We are looking for hands-on Technical Product Owner to join our internal developers’ team.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze stakeholders needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for our development team
- Present solutions to stakeholders
- Create, prioritize and manage team backlog and ensure that the team is working on the most important tasks
- Contributing to shaping the product roadmap
- Describe requirements in technical user stories and prioritize them
- Map business processes
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Upkeep technical documentation
- Facilitate solution delivery by negotiating the most beneficial option
- Manage change requests and risks
- Perform user testing
- Be an active part of a scrum team
Skills & Qualities we appreciate
- Proven record of previous experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst role (3+ years of practical experience)
- Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently
- Professional expertise and hands-on experience
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Business and tech savviness
- Negotiation, stakeholder management
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience working with data extraction and management systems
- Experience with Python, MySQL
- Certifications in Agile methodologies
- Previous product development experience or technical background
- Ability to lead scrum process
- Any BA or PO certifications and relevant degree
